Mint Chocolate Brownies Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped 1 cup sugar 2 large eggs 3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon mint extract 2/3 cup cake flour (use cake flour it tastes better) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt
Use a Coleman (or equivolent) Campstove Oven
Directions Heat oven to 350 "or where it says bake". Spray butter in a 8 x8 inch square pan or 9 inch pie pan. melt butter and chocolate in sauce pan <DONT LET IT BURN> when smooth cool mix for 10 minutes wisk in eggs, cake flour, sugar eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, mint extract, and salt. Put in pan and let cook for 20 to 25 minutes cut when cool. |
