These Recipes Have Been Cooked In The Field And Taste Good

Mint Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
2/3 cup cake flour (use cake flour it tastes better)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Use a Coleman (or equivolent) Campstove Oven

Directions
Heat oven to 350 "or where it says bake". Spray butter in a 8 x8 inch square pan or 9 inch pie pan. melt butter and chocolate in sauce pan <DONT LET IT BURN> when smooth cool mix for 10 minutes wisk in eggs, cake flour, sugar eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, mint extract, and salt. Put in pan and let cook for 20 to 25 minutes cut when cool.

Ingredients
veggies fresh or frozen or canned
2 1/2 lbs of hamburger meat
2 cups of ketchup

Directions
Brown Hambuger meat in pan scramble it up add ketchup blend untill well blended add veggies, keep mixing till evey thing is coverd in ketchup and veggies are tender, cook fresh veggies first till tender.
baked potatos in coals

2 sheets of foil per potato
1 tablespoon of buter on the foil
garlic to taste

slice open potato 1/2 way put butter in and lots of garlic. put on foil with the tablespoon of butter rap up in both sheats of foil put on coals for 30 to 45 minutes. take out let cool for 5 minutes open up and eat.

Acorn Squash

Cut Acorn Squash in half Remove seeds
add 2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of brown sugar.

Wrap in tin foil place in the cooking fire allow to cook 30 - 40 minutes take out and it should be ready to eat.
